Role Description & Salary
This is a full-time on-site role, for two Registered Children's Home Managers, at JWM Support's children's homes based in Nottingham. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people, implementing relevant plans and managing staff - including the Deputy Manager/s. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of service delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance and collaborating with external agencies.
£35k - £55k (depending on experience)
Qualifications & Relevant Experience
•NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care, Children & Young People (or equivalent)
•Extensive experience of working in an Emotional & Behavioural Disorders (EBD)/Learning Disabilities (LD) children's home environment
•Experience in a management role with strategic responsibilities
•Effective supervision and leadership skills
•Full UK Driving License
•Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards
•Understanding of policies and procedures regarding the running of a children’s home
