What you'll be doing:
As our Copywriter, you’ll develop and execute creative, engaging and on-brand copy for both internal and external audiences across a variety of channels. You’ll develop, lead and champion the brand tone of voice, creating robust TOV guidelines and providing tone of voice training, as well as ‘best practice’ advice, to colleagues and agencies, empowering them to write confidently and consistently.
Along with the in-house Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of all copy briefs coming into the in-house creative studio and play a key role in the creative sign off and approval processes.
Whilst you will mostly work on brand and marketing projects and campaigns, you’ll also be a hands-on contributor to wider business projects, helping functional teams to write communications for their business areas that are jargon free and drive customer understanding.
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Copywriter with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills and a keen eye for detail, who can live and breathe the new brand and ensure the brand tone of voice is reinforced and applied consistently at every touchpoint. You’ll know how to write effectively, for different channels and different audiences, whilst also understanding the requirements that come with working in a regulated industry.
