They are seeking a Part time Negotiator/Administrator with ideally experience to join their busy Team based in Sevenoaks.

Role Responsibilities
* Registering new applicants
* Arranging and accompanying viewings
* Obtaining viewing feedback
* Negotiating sales
* Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and buyers
* Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
* Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service
