Now's your chance to join this multi-award-winning adult education centre. This independent setting has been operating for over 10 years! This setting is bright, modern, and inviting and achieves incredible things daily. This is your opportunity to secure the dream learning support worker role. In this position, you will work on a 1:1 and small group basis supporting learners aged 18 years and older with various educational activities, activities to develop their lives, and activities to build their confidence. Learners that attend this setting have complex SEN needs, so previous SEN experience is desirable. This job is not easy and is not for the faint-hearted, but it will be the most rewarding job you ever do. This position is a permanent role needed Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. This is a day centre, so there is no expectation to work evenings and weekends.

Minimum Requirements:
* Desirable: SEN experience
