About the Job
As a Civil Engineering and Maintenance Leader, you will be responsible for managing diverse and impactful projects, leading high-profile frameworks, and developing strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with our team to deliver transformative civil engineering and maintenance work, ensuring smooth execution and alignment of all project elements.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Project Leadership: Lead high-profile projects, including partnerships with Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) and Strathclyde University, delivering excellence in tasks like transformer fencing, waterproofing, and campus infrastructure improvements.
* Commercial Planning: Manage operational tasks, commercial planning (budgeting and financial tracking), and client relationships, ensuring smooth execution and alignment of all project elements.
* Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients like Scottish Power, showcasing your proactive and hands-on approach to exceed their expectations.
* Education and Experience: Proven background in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction, or Utilities, with a strong understanding of project workflows in one or more of these sectors.
