This organisation has delivered exceptional results across over 3,200 projects, spanning commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. We are excited to support their search for a Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team. The Role As a Sustainability Consultant, you will: Lead and support BREEAM assessments for projects across the UK, with opportunities to work on broader sustainability services, including: Sustainability Statements for planning applications Embodied Carbon Reduction Strategies Whole Life Carbon Assessments Circular Economy Statements BREEAM Refurbishment, International, and In-Use Home Quality Mark Net Zero Carbon and ESG Strategies Collaborate with design teams on high-profile, innovative developments. Prepare high-quality reports for clients. Manage key client accounts, developing long-term, constructive relationships. Contribute to the growth and success of the team. Skills, Qualifications & Experience We’re looking for candidates with: Proven experience in the built environment. A degree in Sustainability or a related field. Experience in project management, including preparing fee proposals, managing budgets, and leading client meetings. Proven ability to provide high-quality technical and strategic advice on sustainability services, including BREEAM and pre-planning assessments. A BREEAM New Construction Assessor licence. Knowledge of the UK planning system and sustainability legislation. Desirable experience includes: BREEAM Advisory Professional status. Proficiency in One Click or other LCA software. MSc in a building, sustainability, or materials-related field. Experience advising on net zero buildings. Additional licences for BREEAM In-Use, Refurbishment & Fit-Out, or Home Quality Mark.
