The Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with teachers and staff to offer individualized support to students both in the classroom and beyond. You’ll assist with learning activities, foster social and emotional growth, and help encourage positive behaviour. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to make a real difference in the lives of children and thrives in a challenging, yet incredibly rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with a variety of needs.
* Help develop and implement tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Offer support with personal care tasks where needed.
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes good behaviour and personal growth.
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging educational activities.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver high-quality, holistic care.
Who We're Looking For:

* Adaptable, able to tailor your approach to meet each child’s unique learning style.
* Experienced in working with children in an SEN setting (preferred, but not essential).
