As the Renewals Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a high-performing Renewals team. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll oversee team operations, manage key client renewals, and contribute to achieving ambitious retention and growth targets. You’ll lead by example, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure the team thrives. This is your chance to be at the forefront of a business that values its people and promotes from within.
The Role
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the Renewals team, ensuring targets for Net Renewal Rate (NRR) and Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) are consistently met.
* Conduct regular one-to-one sessions to provide guidance, training, and performance reviews.
* Manage a select portfolio of prestigious accounts, showcasing best practices in customer engagement.
* Oversee the use of Customer Success and Relationship Management tools to optimise team efficiency.
* Provide detailed forecasting, performance reports, and actionable insights to the leadership team.
* Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented team culture that champions ownership and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance processes, recruit new talent, and ensure seamless onboarding for team members.
Your Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in leading teams within a customer success or renewals environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to mentor and inspire.
* Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
* Ability to manage priorities, work to deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
