This is a 6-12 month FTC with the potential to go permanent
Hybrid working arrangement.
Reporting to the Head of L&D you will work closely to drive high quality, high performance and
consistent leadership across the business.
The role:
* Work closely, manage and partner third-party suppliers
* Programme manage leadership development programmes
* Develop, lead and embed a strategic performance plan
* Drive a high-quality feedback culture
* Design talent and leadership programmes
* Guide the design and delivery of leadership induction
* Creating and managing continuous learning events for leaders at all levels
* Build and encourage coaching and mentoring capability across the business
* Responsible for relevant budgets
* Measure and analyse data to drive results
About you:
* Subject matter expert in: performance management, leadership development, leadership apprenticeships, talent development & succession planning
* CIPD coaching qualification is desirable
* Strong networking skills
* Able to analyse and use data to effectively support decision-making
* Excellent communication skills, able to provide useful and constructive feedback
* Significant experience in designing, deploying and managing performance management schemes & leadership development programmes
Package:
* 6-12 month FTC, full-time
* c£60,000 - £70,000 per annum
* Hybrid working - at least 2 days a week in the office (West Yorkshire)
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Annual bonus (discretionary)
