REF 0035 - DEPUTY MANAGER/CLINICAL MANAGER (RGN) – WESTON-SUPER-MARE AREA – ESTABLISHED CARE AND NURSING HOME SETTING – FULLY SUPERNUMERARY - £50,000 – 55,000 Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an innovative provider of high-quality care and nursing home settings across England. This innovative provider is seeking a Deputy Manager/Clinical Manager for their well-established care and nursing home in the Weston-Super-Mare area. The Deputy Manager/Clinical Manager in Weston-Super-Mare will: · Oversee the clinical governance and lead the care and nursing team. · Be responsible for clinical and care staff supervisions and appraisals and the training and development of the team to deliver the very highest standards of care. · Drive the providers unique model of care and allocate resources accordingly to support this. · Deputise for the home manager in their absence and assist with driving continuous improvements in the home. The Deputy Manager/Clinical Manager in Weston-Super-Mare will need: · Extensive nurse leadership skills and experience of leading care and nursing teams. · Ideally experience of working within care and nursing home settings for the Elderly and those with Dementia or within healthcare settings with experience of working with Elderly patients. · Excellent IT skills with experience of using a variety of care planning software. · Nursing qualification RGN with active PIN.
