An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Product Quality Specialist with a key global manufacturing client in the area.
The role reports to the QA Operations Manager and is initially required for a period of six months to cover long term sickness, with a likelihood of an extension. We are looking to onboard as soon as possible.
This role is with an ever-growing business, and therefore, there may be additional opportunities within the Quality Team in the future, making it a superb opportunity to join a key employer in the area, with potential career development opportunities.
While there is some flexibility on the ideal candidate, the post holder must have solid experience within a heavily regulated environment at a senior level, such as fast-moving consumer goods, cosmetics, medical devices, or an associated industry.
A background in QA, Process Engineering, or Procurement could be suitable for this senior role.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Support and act on the release process for the UK Plant.
2. Support and track component quality issues and resolutions with relevant vendors.
3. Liaise with the EU Business Quality Team and UK Procurement Team.
4. Ensure compliance within the role remit to ISO 22716 and ISO 13485.
5. Support, foster, and influence Quality Culture within the UK Plant Quality team and the wider business.
6. Ensure the site team adheres to GMP.
Education and additional experience:
1. Education in a science or engineering-based area.
2. Strong computer literacy with MS systems.
3. Working knowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 13485.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to plan and use initiative.
6. Able to foster strong multi-functional relationships.
7. Able to respond positively to change.
8. An opportunity to travel within the EU/UK.
A favourable rate of pay is available depending on experience.
39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role/team is site-based.
