Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid)

Band 8/Salary Range: starting salary from £56,800 depending on skills and experience, target driven sales bonus.

We are seeking an experienced New Business Sales Manager to join our Fleet team, driving growth in our Salary Sacrifice business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Securing new corporate customers, negotiating high-value Salary Sacrifice and large fleet agreements.
* Building strong relationships with HR, Finance, and Procurement leaders to promote EV Salary Sacrifice as a cost-effective employee benefit.
* Developing tailored proposals, demonstrating the financial, tax, and sustainability benefits of our Salary Sacrifice solutions.
* Engaging with VW Group brands and dealer networks to leverage warm leads and drive business growth.
* Winning and implementing new Salary Sacrifice schemes, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term success.

* Proven track record of winning new business in fleet leasing or Salary Sacrifice.
* A polished, professional, and confident manner when engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Self-motivation, drive, and resilience to thrive in a competitive market.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to build long-term relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of fleet leasing, Whole Life Cost, and EV Salary Sacrifice.
* Exceptional negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite decision-makers.
* Ability to challenge the status quo and present innovative mobility solutions.
Your Impactful Contributions:
* Prospect: Leverage telemarketing, VW Group brand referrals, and self-generation to build a pipeline of Salary Sacrifice and corporate fleet opportunities.
* Qualify & Strategize: Use our structured qualification framework to assess opportunities and develop a winning strategy.
* Bid: Lead bids and tenders, supported by our industry-leading bid management team.
* Present: Create compelling sales proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to corporate clients.
* Negotiate: Influence Finance, HR, and Procurement leaders, navigating complex tax and legal considerations.
* Close & Implement: Work closely with our Implementation Team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and transition to our Account Management team.
