We're currently recruiting a dedicated Sales Support Executive to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Glanmore Foods on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. The Sales Support Executive will be a key member of the Glanmore Foods growth team, a high performing team focused on the growth of the Glanmore business across Ireland. The Sales Support Executive will lead and manage the day-to-day tender activity, ensuring a compliant, compelling tender document which communicates the agreed content. As the key central point of contact on the growth team for all tender activity they will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate our tender responses. They will champion open communication and ensure each member of the wider Glanmore team understands what is required of them to deliver a winning tender proposal. All project activity will be managed and tracked, keeping the team informed with regular updates. The ideal candidate will be able to project manage end to end new business opportunities, from initial inquiry through to onboarding of the school. As a creative self-starter the Sales Support Executive will be focused on driving the tender process to develop and implement ideas which shape winning solutions for our schools. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead and co-ordinate all aspects of school tenders from receipt of initial inquiry through school site surveys, collection of data, completion of tender documents, to final submission. Manage the creation of all proposals and presentations for the growth team. This may include proposal writing, e-tender responses, sourcing and validating technical content, project management of the entire tender lifecycle, and supporting the development of win strategies for Glanmore Foods. Effectively manage the team’s shared email inbox, ensuring a prompt response to all inquiries, and escalating any issues to the relevant team member in a timely manner. Support the Head of Sales and the wider growth team with the management of an efficient and streamlined samples process, ensuring that we make best use of internal resources and that our prospective customers receive food samples in a timely manner. Our ideal Sales Support Executive will: Well organized with an ability to multitask and manage a number of tenders at the same time. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong tact and diplomacy. Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Proven track record in working to strict deadlines. Able to demonstrate the necessary skills to guide a diverse team successfully through the tender process. Able to build relationships with both internal teams and departments and externally with the school community. Creative strategic thinking and an ability to look at different ways of doing things. Willing to develop, drive and implement new solutions. Be the recognised tender expert within the Glanmore Foods team, who shares knowledge and advises others.
