Primary Purpose & Scope: As a Corporate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the performance of the TCC brand, both internally and externally. You will create compelling, insight-driven, and creative marketing content and assets for promotion, focusing on planning, design, and creation for TCC brand platforms, outbound marketing strategies, and events, including sales meetings, client showcases, and large-scale solution launches. Working alongside a talented marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and distributing these assets across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Supporting senior leaders with brand positioning, target audience identification, and developing marketing plans across channels and segments. Executing the TCC comms strategy through content creation and distribution across digital, social media, email, and events. Event management : Planning, venue finding, project management, agency coordination, and execution of internal and external events, including trade shows. Conceptualising and executing multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment in messaging across all channels. Managing website content and performance via CMS, collaborating with the data team to maintain and analyse website analytics and paid promotions for campaign insights. Collaborating with Insight to commission research, and analyse customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices for content strategy development. Working with internal and external design teams to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications. Managing content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, supporting events, documenting processes, and providing sales support. Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
