Job Opportunity: HR Advisor - Employee Relations
Location: Surrey (Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days home)
Alexander Lloyd is supporting an SME in the professional services sector in recruiting an HR Advisor specializing in Employee Relations.
This role, within a team of 6 HR professionals, will focus on HR generalist duties and managing all Employee Relations queries. You will provide advice and guidance across various business lines, and be responsible for upskilling staff through seminars on Employee Relations and UK Employment Law.
The position is client-facing, requiring strong relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders and adaptability to meet different needs.
Requirements include:
1. Excellent knowledge of Employee Relations and UK Employment Law
2. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
3. Several years of experience at Advisor/HRBP level
4. Confidence in presenting webinars and seminars on ER issues
5. Proactive approach to attending employment law events and organizing training sessions
The organization offers a hybrid working model: 2 days in the Surrey office (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3 days remote.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
