Senior Engagement Manager, Client Engagement Manager, CRM, 3 days a week in the Reading, Berkshire office. Competitive salary + car allowance + bonus
Well respected software product company in the CRM space is looking for a senior client facing engagement manager with excellent knowledge of CRM. In this broad role you will work with potential and existing customers (at the C level) both pre-sale and post-sale advising them of the benefit of CRM systems and how it will enhance their business.
To be considered for this role you will have a range of technical and commercial skills and are highly likely to have worked through client facing project management roles before moving into a senior engagement or client customer success role (or similar). Senior stakeholder management is key.
Candidates without exceptional knowledge of CRM cannot be considered. It does not matter which CRM product you have knowledge of ( eg Salesforce, Dynamics, etc, etc ).
Roles and Responsibilities include -
* Pre-Sales presentations to C level and other stakeholders.
* Scoping and requirement capture.
* Use your excellent CRM knowledge to guide and advise clients.
* Commercial engagement with C level executives
* Educate and advise customers on their commitments and expectations.
* Help the business secure new and additional work through your CRM consultancy and engagement skills.
