Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent HR Administrator on an exclusive basis. This role is fully office based due to the nature of some of the duties required and based in Trafford Park, Manchester. Your new role You will be responsible for full HR administrator support to the HR Director and for the wider business, you will answer and screen calls, book meeting rooms, manage stationary, order lunches, distribute and frank post, administer annual leave, produce reports, highlight any absences or performance issues to the attention of the HR Director, maintain electronic and filing records, process HR information, administer company schemes, raise offer letters, induct starters, produce training packs, monthly check ins and any other administration duties required. What you'll need to succeed You will have a keen interest in HR, you will have administration experience, you will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will be comfortable and confident in dealing with confidential information. You will have excellent IT skills. What you'll get in return This role is paying £23,000 - £24,000, flexible start and finish times. Excellent company benefits, the company promotes self-development.
