About the team
Legal, Risk, Compliance & Audit
Our Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams ensure we're doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons.
Join our team as a Fraud Prevention Analyst to learn the business of fraud management. You will work closely with various internal teams to provide direct support to our merchants.
What you’ll own
* Work with internal groups such as Product, Sales, Implementations, and Relationship Management to manage relationships with FraudSight clients.
* Facilitate the onboarding process and help address day-to-day fraud-related issues.
* Analysis of KPIs and reviews data for ongoing performance.
Where you’ll own it
You’ll own it in our vibrant Manchester City Centre or Gateshead based hubs.

What you bring
* Degree qualification with at least 2-5 years relevant experience
* Ability to build internal working relationships to become more efficient in fraud mitigation and problem-solving.
* Keen in keeping up with fraud trends and the tools available to manage them.
* Experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, or R
* Knowledge of financial services industry especially payment processing
