They deliver prestigious projects in super prime residential, prime education and luxury hospitality sectors.
You will be an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and brand strategy as the client embarks on an ambitious growth journey.
This role can be based in the Winchester or the London office.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will report directly into the owner of the business. You will lead and implement the company’s marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. You’ll have the opportunity to shape brand identity, enhance client engagement, and support the business development efforts.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a creative and commercially minded marketer who thrives in a dynamic, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver an integrated Marketing and Communications Strategy to support business objectives and revenue growth.
2. Build and strengthen the brand.
3. Lead the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, website, SEO), with a focus on raising profile among client profile and industry collaborators.
4. Manage external agencies and suppliers (PR, design, SEO).
5. Work closely with the Directors to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
6. Lead the revamp of the website and digital presence.
7. Organise and support industry events, networking opportunities, and partnership initiatives to enhance market presence.
8. Track and report on KPIs and ROI.
Looking for:
1. 5 years marketing experience in professional services, construction consultancy, property, or luxury sectors.
2. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
3. Strong experience in digital marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn) and content creation.
4. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
5. Commercial awareness and understanding of high-net-worth audiences and premium markets.
6. Experience managing external agencies, budgets and reporting on marketing performance metrics.
