Key Responsibilities: Set up examination rooms and prepare materials (papers, booklets, stationery, etc.). Ensure candidates are seated in accordance with examination regulations. Vigilantly supervise the examination process, ensuring all candidates adhere to exam rules. Provide assistance to candidates with procedural queries (not subject content). Maintain the security of exam papers and other materials. Record attendance and manage any late arrivals. Ensure candidates remain under supervision throughout the exam. Safely collect and secure completed exam papers and other materials. Ensure candidates exit the exam room in an orderly and quiet manner. Key Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures closely. Good communication skills, with the ability to engage politely with candidates and staff. A calm, professional demeanor and the ability to stay focused under pressure. Ability to remain vigilant and ensure exam integrity. Previous experience as an invigilator or in a supervisory role is preferred but not required. Ability to work on a flexible, casual basis
