Our client is a growing FS company based in Liverpool City Centre, and we are recruiting both a permanent Payout Executive AND a 9-month FTC Payout Executive role. The Payout Executive is responsible for processing financial transactions related to financial payouts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations. This role involves maintaining detailed records, processing payments, addressing discrepancies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities include: Payout Processing: Process daily payouts to customers using various payment methods such as checks, bank transfers, and electronic payments (BACS, CHAPS or Cheques, etc) Verify payment requests, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Calculate and process adjustments, refunds, or reimbursements as required. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions. Enter payout details into the company’s accounting software and ensure timely reconciliation of payout accounts. Track and update reports on payouts and outstanding amounts. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all payout activities comply with company policies and financial regulations. Audit payout transactions to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies. Prepare and submit financial reports related to payouts for management review. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE, etc) would be advantageous. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Education: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Working Conditions: The role entails hybrid working from both home and a Liverpool city centre office. Experience Required to apply for this role: Direct experience of sending significant volumes of business payments or payouts - 2 years min Direct experience of working within financial services is preferred Salary: A competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience) is on offer, plus a host of additional benefits
