About the Role
:
We are looking for experienced plumber to join team in Exeter. Working with Exeter City Council on a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
As a Plumber to undertake response maintenance works on the ECC Response Contract including out of hours cover (approx. 1 week in 4). Experience required in all maintenance plumbing including bathroom/wet room installs, hot water cylinders and leak detection.
Response and maintenance plumber – will be dealing with pipe work, fitting sanitary wear, Fixing leaks and renewing plumbing parts.
Participate in call out cover if and when required to ensure contract compliance & service user satisfaction for emergency repairs.
Role Criteria:
1. A trade qualification in Plumbing.
2. Tiling experience.
3. Wet room experience
4. On the job experience.
5. Hold a Full UK Driving License
6. Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative
7. Excellent communication and Customer service skills
