Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Personal Assistant will include, but may not be limited to:
1. Providing administrative support to the team.
2. Coordinating and scheduling meetings.
3. Maintaining and updating data records.
4. Minute taking and attending meetings.
5. Handling confidential documents and information.
6. Diary & calendar management.
7. Assisting in preparation of reports and presentations.
8. Managing office supplies and equipment.
9. Booking and organising travel arrangements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
1. A relevant educational background.
2. Experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
3. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Good problem-solving abilities.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
9. Ability to commute to Manchester.
