Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Continence Clinical Lead in Wiltshire. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with a dedicated passion for excellence in continence care. In return, the successful candidate can expect regular clinical and management supervision, support in personal development and the opportunity to work in a well established and dynamic team. Main duties of the job As a clinical lead, you will provide clear and appropriate clinical support to the continence team, focusing on their ability to deliver care of excellent quality, with the correct skills and competencies to meet the service need. Provide support, advice and clinical supervision to junior members of the team and ensure operational efficiency of continence clinical care pathways.
