Our People and Organisational Development team is launching in January 2025, renewing our focus on employee wellbeing and inclusion.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Inclusion Manager to lead our efforts in promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, reduce stress, and increase job satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement wellbeing initiatives to promote employee physical and mental health.
* Create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organisational development strategies.
* Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Significant experience in HR or a related field.
* A strong understanding of wellbeing and inclusion principles.
Salary:
£40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Location:
Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges (HRUC) campuses.
