Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Reception students
* Assess and monitor student progress
* Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
* Contribute to the overall ethos, aims, and development of the school
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience working with Reception-aged children
* Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
* Strong understanding of child development
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
* Effective classroom management skills
* Additional training in early years education
Working Conditions:
* Working hours typically 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
* Classroom-based teaching with some administrative responsibilities
* Regular interaction with students, colleagues, and parents
