Job Description
As CPD and Product Support Lead, your role sits within the Products and Services team and reports to the Product Development and Delivery Manager. The team is a Centre of Excellence on the product lifecycle and management of products and services and your role is dedicated to helping our members and customers achieve their full potential through the delivery of high-quality CPD and finance training courses and other products.
Major objectives
You will manage the product delivery team and oversee the co-ordination of schedules and budgets to ensure products and services (including CPD courses and media sales inventory) are delivered by subject matter experts to the agreed time, quality and budget.
What are we looking for?
* Knowledge of product delivery tools, including online platforms for events and training courses.
* Experience using project management techniques, including briefing and scheduling.
* Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, questioning and listening, negotiating.
* Ability to manage internal and external customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
* Operational delivery of CPD and training products and services, including experience of digital events and training courses.
* Ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise and work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
