Key Responsibilities
Room Management & Revenue Optimization
Strategically manage room rates across booking platforms to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Oversee group bookings, develop corporate accounts, and explore upselling opportunities.
Continuously enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service and operational standards.
Onboard new rooms and manage third-party cleaning contracts.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-notch service.
Define team roles, set clear objectives, and create a rewarding environment that encourages growth.
Manage staffing schedules across FOH, breakfast, and kitchen teams, stepping in to cover when needed.
Operational Excellence
Ensure excellence in cleanliness, ambience, and overall guest experience.
Maintain and troubleshoot booking and back-office systems to ensure smooth operations.
Work with suppliers to curate bar menus and efficiently manage inventory.
Marketing & Business Growth
Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media, PR campaigns, and promotions.
Identify and execute growth opportunities, including corporate partnerships and events.
Facilities Management & Compliance
Oversee property maintenance, safety checks, and compliance with legal requirements.
Manage kitchen and bar equipment, ensuring adherence to gas safety, PAT testing, and servicing protocols.
