Working Hours: Day Shift, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (Mon - Thu), Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm

As a Process Operative - Surface Treatment, you will play a vital role in the Stroud Manufacturing Team. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing components for surface treatment, including masking, media blasting, and waxing.
Following detailed process instructions and data sheets to ensure accurate and efficient treatment.
Recording processing times and outcomes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Promoting a culture of safety and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Surface Treatment department and the organisation as a whole.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Ability to follow process instructions with a keen eye for detail.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Experience in a Surface Treatment Operation
Knowledge of an aerospace processing environmentTechnologies:
