Customer Team Member
Location: 38 Main Street, Bridge End, Perth, PH2 7HB
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided.
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries and delivering a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures accurate.
4. Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community through involvement in activities and events!
