Interim HR BP - 6 month duration - Hybrid West London inside scope Your new company A leading global tech business. Your new role As Interim HR BP, you partner with your stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives, advising on a generalist remit including change, culture and engagement. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a proven background of operating as an Interim HR BP gained in a technology or telecoms business where you will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate strong change management experience including target operating model design, organisation design, developing skills and capability frameworks and managing restructure and redundancy. It is essential that you can start a new role at the start of January and can work in a hybrid manner from the London office for 3 days per week. It is essential that you can commit to the 6 month duration.
