Inside Sales Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in technical pharmaceutical settings who are looking to transition into business development, or those already working in inside sales or account management roles and eager to develop further.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a CDMO that has ambitious growth plans over the next five years.
This position offers real exposure to new and challenging work, thanks to internal promotions within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage existing customer relationships and participate in proposals and quotes for new clients.
* Maintain direct client contact and collaborate with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Required Experience:
* Prior experience in commercial, business development, or inside sales roles within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry is highly desirable.
* A strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging of non-sterile products is essential, even if coming from a hands-on function.
* Outstanding communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
* Experience with data collation, report writing, and administrative duties is also valuable.
* Previous customer and/or third-party contact experience is highly beneficial.
