The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background with scheduling, coordinating and solid admin experience, has methodical and logical skills and the ability to form working relationships with clients. In return for your hard work, you will be offered a competitive salary of c£22,500 with a competitive bonus of £2,250 paid every year around Christmas time for positive performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day-to-day service delivery for our key account clients
* Delegating work to engineering and contractors, managing their workload
* Liaising with client management teams via telephone, email, and face to face
* Processing works from enquiry stage to aftersales care
* Programming reactive and planned works
Skills & Experience
* Solid Administrative experience Essential
* IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Polite and professional telephone manner
