What will your day-to-day activities as a maintenance engineer include?
This position will be based at their Stourbridge site, working Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:15 pm, with a 6:45 am – 1:15 pm shift on a Friday. The role will be responsible for mechanical preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on a variety of presses. You may also be required to assist in basic machining, welding, and fabrication should the need arise.
What will you need to be considered for this opportunity?
1. A strong mechanical background with recent experience in a similar position
2. Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience
3. Basic machining, welding, and fabrication experience
4. Mechanical qualifications, from either an apprenticeship or college-level course
5. Health and safety awareness
6. A hardworking mentality
7. An honest and reliable personality
8. An interest in completing overtime
