Learning & Development Advisor - Warrington
£35,000 - £39,000 per annum + car allowance
Working within the HR Team, the role will cover all aspects of the learning cycle from identifying learning requirements to the design and delivery of training solutions. Ensuring that the training is delivered within budget and fulfills business and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying training and development needs within the business through appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Business Managers and HR Managers.
2. Designing and expanding training solutions and programmes.
3. Assessing the return on investment of training delivered.
4. Assisting with the development of an effective induction programme for all levels across the company and measuring effectiveness.
5. Devising individual training/learning plans for staff to improve staff retention.
6. Ensuring all statutory training requirements are carried out and updated.
7. Managing the Apprenticeship scheme.
8. Managing the company intern programme.
9. Overseeing the resourcing requirements across the company.
10. Recruitment advertising and developing social media presence in relation to recruitment for different job profiles.
11. Supporting managers with job interviews for key roles within the company.
Skills Required:
1. CIPD or equivalent experience.
2. Full driving licence.
3. Logistics industry knowledge and experience.
4. Social Media skills.
5. Excellent IT skills.
6. Training development and delivery experience.
7. Networking skills.
