Sales & Business Development Coordinator
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £11.44 per hour + Uncapped Commission (based on contracts won)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Must have a valid UK driving licence (Company vans & fuel card provided)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Coordinator to join our globally known client in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales, engineering, or the food industry who enjoys building relationships, managing leads, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying and validating leads to drive business growth.
* Arranging and attending meetings with clients across the country.
* Coordinating the scheduling of engineers for site visits.
* Managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
* Maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
* Handling administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems and preparing reports.
Requirements:
* A full UK driving licence (essential).
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation .
* Industry experience in engineering or the food sector (preferred but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
