RCT Council is preparing to recruit for its Graduate Programme, which provides opportunities to work in a vibrant environment, learn new skills, meet diverse people, and develop a professional career in Rhondda Cynon Taf. All Graduate Officers will be supported to complete either a Level 4 Project Management qualification or job-related technical training (fully funded).

Join our friendly and supportive Estate Management team where you will play a vital role in managing a diverse property portfolio. The Corporate Estates Division oversees a wide range of assets, ensuring they are managed and maintained to meet community needs.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and make a difference. You will need:
* A minimum 2.2 degree or equivalent, preferably in a relevant field such as Property Management, Data Analytics, or Geography.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in ICT systems; experience in property management software, including GIS, is a bonus.
