Act as the first point of contact for clients
Supporting various functions within the practice to ensure smooth operations
Managing expectations and delivering high-quality client service
Handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Assisting the Client Services Manager with ad-hoc tasks and shifting priorities What We’re Looking For:
A warm, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
A desire to build a career in Financial Services Wealth Management
A problem-solving mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of pensions, investments, estate planning, or life assurance, as well as experience using Salesforce.
