We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our clients finance team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Handle queries from suppliers and customers regarding payments and invoices. Perform general administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
