Your Role Includes: Delivering high-quality spa treatments and setting standards for the team. Overseeing daily operations, including team briefings, managing absences, and ensuring smooth workflows. Supporting the Treatment Manager in motivating, inspiring, and developing the team to achieve excellence. Conducting training sessions to enhance team skills and stay ahead of industry trends. Managing stock control processes, ordering, and achieving GP targets. Working towards treatment revenue and retail sales targets while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. Conducting appraisals, ensuring team welfare, and encouraging professional growth. What We’re Looking For: NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience as a Spa Therapist with leadership or mentoring experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for stock and operations management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and team members. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
