We are looking to welcome an experienced Reward Administrator for a fixed term of 3 months. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting team; we’re looking for experienced individual to support the Total Reward (TR) Team in benefits and compensation related business transactions, processes and administration. Manage specific and defined TR processes end-to-end. Keep trackers and support Analyst in performing regular audits to ensure the integrity of reward/employee data.
The role is located at Telford working a ‘Hybrid’ working model with 3 days on site.
Your challenge for the Reward Administrator-
- Manage end-to-end procurement administration process for TR providers. Logging contracts; raising POs, expediting GO process, logging incoming invoicing, expediting, tracking against budgets
- Manage end-to-end Death in Service and associated Life Assurance claim process; manage end-to-end Critical Illness and associated Insurance Claim process
- Support the annual flexible benefits window process through UAT (User Acceptance Testing), data auditing and administering the holiday buy/sell approval process between internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of employee data held in the flexible benefits platform
- Monthly audit of benefits entitlement; reconciliation of systemsOnboarding new starters for Benefits, navigation, support with selecting benefits, ensuring company funded membership commences on-time
- Updating and maintaining tracker for Flex Platform operational issues
- Updating and maintaining: -Engaging with stakeholders:TR Intranet pages; Terms & Conditions database; CDLMaintaining and responding to 4ME queries
- Reward inbox
- Support Team projects and continuous process improvement activity
Key skills & experience for the Reward Administrator: -
- Previous experience in HR Administration
- Sensitive Data Handling experience
- Finance Administration experience
- Benefits Administration experience
- Process orientated
- Communication with key stakeholders and first line for colleagues is critical.
- Advanced English language
- formal communication, able to communicate with colleagues without English as a first language
