Trade Marketing Executive
This position will work as part of the Health and Beauty Team and be responsible for key responsibilities with the role.
As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will take on a series of responsibilities to grow within the position.
In your role, you will be working with an experienced team who will help support and develop the right candidate. During this role, the candidate will have great opportunity working with our portfolio of premium international brands.
Your day-to-day role will involve, but is not limited to:
Brand Management: What will your day to day look like
* Reporting daily/weekly to the Brand Manager on all activities relating to the role.
* Supporting the Brand Manager with the management of the Prestige Group Net sales & GP budget.
* Supporting the Sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
* Working closely with business development representatives and the training manager to ensure all brand plans are activated in selective stores.
* Supporting the Brand Manager with presenting brand plans.
* Creation and follow-up of Key account joint business plans.
* Keeping the Brand Assets up to date for online and in-store customer support.
* Preparing regular mail shots to our customers to market the brand to its best.
* Liaising with the KAMs on ensuring planogram compliance at store level.
* Supporting with events planning, activities, and promotional campaigns.
Sales Reporting: Review sales performance within your brand portfolio regularly to gain knowledge of the brand performance and review opportunities to close gaps to achieve budget targets with the sales team.
Support your Brand Manager with sales and market data on brand performance with insights and competitor analysis to drive business.
Inventory: Actively monitor stock holding, rate of sale, performance of core and seasonal lines. Prepare suggested orders for approval by your manager. Monitor sales regularly and react accordingly to trends while being mindful of product lead times.
Commercial: Provide commercial support to your Brand Manager including pricing check & sign-off, profit & loss management, and purchasing spends tracker updated regularly.
Marketing: Management of the brand's significant marketing budget, with support of the team, to ensure plan delivery within budget and on time. Oversee the Trade Marketing plans and develop effective implementation of rolling 12-month NPD and promo plans that deliver against agreed brand guidelines and company budget.
Manage the external PR agency and monitor performance of campaigns across social media and in-store campaigns and report accordingly.
