Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Drama Graduate

Contract, expected to work within school hours 5 days per week (Flexible)
Salary:
£80 - £95 Per day (DOE)
Job Duties:
1. Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons
2. Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom
3. Work with children in Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
4. Offer learning support to individuals and small groups
Education:
Educated in Drama or related field
Experience:
Prior experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
5. Understanding of SEN and strategies to support students (desirable)
6. Knowledge of KS1, KS2, and EYFS curriculum
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
8. Full-Time hours, contract position
9. Work within a school environment
10. Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN coordinators
