About The Team / Role
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic and growing Marketing team at WEX. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. How You’ll Make An Impact
11. Plan, create, and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and build brand awareness
12. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Global Marketing, as well as external agencies and vendors
13. Develop campaign strategies with clearly defined objectives, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs
14. Own the full campaign lifecycle—from concept to execution, measurement, and continuous optimisation
15. Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI
16. Use analytics and reporting tools to assess campaign effectiveness and provide insights
17. Lead post-campaign reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for future improvement
18. Ensure brand consistency across all campaign materials and touchpoints
19. Keep up with the latest marketing trends and tools, proposing innovative approaches to campaign execution
Experience You’ll Bring
20. Experience in marketing campaign management with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
21. Proficiency across digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing
22. Solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign tracking
23. Skilled in interpreting marketing data and translating it into actionable insights
24. Strong organisational and project management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities
25. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling messaging
26. Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners
27. Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Preferred but Not Essential
28. Experience in Financial Services or Cards Marketing
29. Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools
30. Experience in international marketing and understanding of regional nuances
31. Knowledge of A/B testing tools, SEO/SEM best practices, and social media management
32. Fluency in additional European languages (French, German, Italian) is a plus
