Our client, a highly respected multinational Lloyd's Insurance broker, is looking for a Processing Team Leader.
As a Team Leader, you will coordinate technical support within a team of Technicians aligned to specific product lines. While this is not a line management role, you will supervise operational tasks, ensuring service delivery and acting as the first point of contact for team queries.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Be responsible for and coordinate technical support within the team, ensuring workflow and adherence to company standards.
2. Lead assigned projects and supply to team initiatives.
3. Assist in the creation and processing of client and broking documents, including slips, quotes, and endorsements.
4. Monitor team output to maintain service and quality standards.
5. Support the broking team by providing technical assistance.
6. Act as a point of escalation for team queries and urgent issues.
7. Train and mentor junior team members.
8. Develop relationships with business units and clients.
9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
