How you will make an impact:
Seeking a Financial Analyst who will be an integral part of the Project Finance team to support the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives. The scope of responsibilities includes partnering to implement strategic Operations Finance projects, supporting a Product Costing database, and performing Gross Inventory and E&O data validations.
What you will do:
* Partner with IT/BI/Finance teams to maintain the Product Costing database (Standard Margin and Price/Volume/Mix reporting).
* Build and maintain dashboards/visualizations to drive better understanding of product cost trends (per SKU and/or product families) and identify/monitor cost drivers and their use for financial reporting and inventory valuation.
* Manage on-going data Inventory validation process (Data Warehouse to PBI to CMR): Reconcile site reported inventory vs. inventory reported in the data warehouse, identify areas of improvement, and partner across functions to resolve differences.
* Provide updates to senior management with focus on decisions, issues, and risks.
* Lead change management communications.
* Benchmark and optimize Operations Finance processes across divisions.
* Independently investigate data issues and/or information given, ask pertinent questions and identify root causes, collaborate with functional business partners and system support to improve data quality.
* Proactively learn and adopt new systems and tools to improve analytics capability and accuracy.
How you will get here:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related field.
* 3+ years relevant experience in finance.
* Affinity for financial and analytical systems (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos, PowerBI, Excel).
* Win/win attitude with emphasis on collaboration.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills towards senior management.
* Ability to work independently in a constantly evolving environment, prioritize, and meet deliverables while ensuring consistent, accurate and reliable work.

Travel requirements:
• < 10% domestic/international travel required
