K12 Coalition 2025 Summer Pathways Internship
The K12 Coalition Pathways Internship Program offers college juniors, seniors, recent graduates, and graduate students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support K-12 education. Our internship program is designed to foster professional growth through real-world work, mentorship, and collaboration across teams dedicated to improving learning outcomes for schools and communities.
Interns will engage in impactful projects, develop professional skills, and gain insight into how we create solutions that empower educators and students. This is more than just an internship; it’s a chance to be part of a team committed to making a difference in education.
The Opportunity
Join our Lavinia Group Division, specifically the RISE Summer Learning Team, which delivers impactful summer learning experiences for K-8 students. This role focuses on program operations and support for our summer learning initiatives, providing valuable hands-on experience in educational program management and operations.
As a RISE Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of engaging and effective summer learning programs. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, develop essential professional skills, and collaborate with a team committed to educational equity and student success.
Duration: May 15, 2025 – August 15, 2025
Location: Remote
Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing our digital curriculum platform, including customer account setup, content creation, copyediting, and uploading.
* Provide logistical support for the RISE Summer Learning Program, including customer service, virtual professional development assistance, and curriculum/assessment platform management.
* Establish and maintain systems for organizing digital materials to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
* Support operations for asynchronous and live virtual professional development events by creating slide decks and supplemental training materials.
* Manage assessment data and contribute to reporting and insights for program improvement.
* Collaborate with the Lavinia Group leadership team on key special projects.
Qualifications
* Preferred: College junior, senior, recent graduate, or graduate student with a strong interest in educational equity.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and success in data-driven project management.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, with the ability to analyze and organize data effectively.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail, especially in copyediting and creating materials.
* Graphic design experience is a plus, particularly in creating engaging visuals for training materials.
* Adaptability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation: $20/hour
Our Selection Process
