AmTrust International are currently looking for a Reward Project Manager to join our team based out of our London office on a hybrid model. This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension as the project plans develop. The role will be responsible for managing project workstreams that lead to the design and implementation of reward structures across AmTrust International. With lots of change predicted across the HR landscape over the next few years, particularly surrounding pay equity and transparency, this role will take the lead on a number of key projects to ensure the organisation has the right tools, processes and infrastructure to meet changing legislative and employment market demands. This role will have both a UK and international focus and offer the successful candidate the opportunity to apply reward knowledge and expertise across a breadth of different markets. To be successful, you will have significant exposure, and likely experience of working within a reward focused position, with substantial experience of HR change projects such as job levelling, grading and pay equity. With experience gained from within a Financial Services/Insurance company, you will have a strong understanding of Willis Towers Watson Careers Framework and Global Grading methodology.
