An exciting opportunity has arisen at Wychwood Park Hotel and Golf Club, which boasts an outstanding championship golf course, stunning 113-bedroom hotel; a superb refurbished clubhouse and practice facilities.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified golf professional, sales focused, forward thinking individual leading a small team to help develop, manage and continuously improve our golf product.
Responsibilities:
* Oversees golf operations including Members comps, rules, tee sheet activity, merchandise inventory, range operations, player service operations and buggy fleet.
* Creates a customer service-oriented atmosphere that promotes the game of golf and meets the needs of the members & guests. Leads sales initiatives alongside sales team in driving revenue.
* Works closely with the Head green keeper and the hotel team on a daily basis to ensure timely communication and a good working relationship.
* Provides leadership and vision to staff and helps them with career advancement.
* Responsible for Data capture of guests and potential customers in accordance to defined data collection processes.
* Successfully develops, implements, and monitors annual budgets, revenue goals and expenses for business entities liaising with the General Manager.
* Monitors monthly and other financial reports/statements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the facility and takes effective corrective action when necessary.
* Knowledge of BRS golf system is an advantage.
