JOB TITLE: Sales Operations Analyst JOB LOCATION: Belfast (Hybrid working) TERMS: Permanent, full time THE JOB The Sales Operations A nalyst will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and the wider business by providing analytical insights and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency data analytical & Sales processing software, to help drive sales performance and enhance operational efficiency. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; provide actionable insights to the sales team. Work with finance to work and maintain sales reports and develop further. Develop and streamline sales processes with a focus on continuous improvement of both efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and manage data related to sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Manage day to day relationships with 3rd party provider of key sale tools and platforms and work with them to deliver key improvements. Support the implementation of sales technologies and CRM tools to enhance operational workflows. Prepare detailed presentations and reports for management and sales leadership to aid in decision-making. Participate in training and onboarding of sales personnel regarding tools and processes. WHAT WILL YOU BRING? Proven experience in a Sales Operations role or similar position with a significant focus on data analysis and process improvement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly and implement actions from this. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools) experience with other data visualization tools (Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics Etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics and processing software (e.g. PSI, Salesforce) is advantageous. You are self-sufficient, a self-starter and work well independently but can also work well collectively with a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and adaptable mindset with a keen problem-solving ability.
